Make AI economics
part of your service.

14-day trial · No credit card required · Commercial discussions when you’re ready

MSPs

Run the monthly review.

Add AI cost visibility, budget reviews, and evidence reporting to your managed service.

GSIs & consulting firms

Carry value beyond the pilot.

Connect implementation work to client economics with explicit outcomes and delivery assumptions.

Solution & delivery partners

Understand cost to serve.

See which client workflows consume resources and build a services proposal from observed usage.

Your service. Supported by evidence.

From AI usage to a decision
your client can understand.

Ganivra provides the measurement and review tools. Your team brings the client context, implementation, and recommendations.

01

One dashboard for each client

Create isolated workspaces with their own telemetry, economics records, and ingestion keys. Open the full dashboard for any client you can access.

02

Access with clear ownership

Delegate client administrator or read-only access. Keep account teams focused on their assigned clients and review access as engagements change.

03

Cost reports backed by evidence

Review pricing coverage, unpriced calls, allocations, and invoice reconciliation. Export evidence and keep incomplete coverage visible.

04

Budgets with accountable owners

Set thresholds, review in-app alerts, and record decisions with spend snapshots. Give each budget an owner and a review history.

05

Business value with stated assumptions

Import outcomes, revenue, and non-AI delivery costs. Calculate contribution and cost per outcome; keep modeled savings separate from measured revenue.

06

A repeatable client review

Use portfolio views to find where attention is needed, then drill into workflows, models, and MCP tools to explain the drivers.

Start small. Expand with evidence.

Use the product first.
Negotiate when it fits.

No sales conversation is needed to start the trial. Prove the workflow before defining a broader commercial relationship.

Before your first client workspace

Do we need a partner agreement to try Ganivra?

Start with the standard self-serve trial and evaluate the product before a commercial conversation. A trial or workspace does not grant resale rights or establish a referral commission.

How does pricing work across client workspaces?

Each client currently follows the existing workspace subscription and consumption behavior. Portfolio totals are operational views, not consolidated invoices. Discuss portfolio licensing, volume, resale, or referral terms when your delivery model is ready.

Who handles onboarding and client support?

For your evaluation, assign a partner lead for telemetry integration, data validation, access, and client communication. Ganivra product questions can be sent to founder@ganivra.com. For a scaled engagement, agree implementation scope, escalation contacts, support hours, and response commitments before promising them to clients.

Can we prove realized ROI automatically?

Value measurement uses imported business evidence and declared coverage. Baseline savings and ROI are modeled comparisons with visible assumptions, not automatic proof of causal impact or realized cash savings. Missing required data leaves affected metrics unavailable.
